Create a support bot that monitors our support Slack channel, searches the Help Center, and responds in threads with brief, cited answers while logging all questions and answers to a “Questions & Answers” Database. When answers aren't found, create a task in a “Knowledge Base Update Requests Database” with the suggested content and Slack thread links. Use the 👍/👎 feedback reactions in Slack to update the status of the “Question & Answer” accordingly to “Resolved” or “Unresolved.”
